The all-leather upper of these climbing shoes is breathable and durable, yet it stretches to conform to the shape of your foot. A padded internal tongue with a cotton lining protects the sensitive top of your foot. Runs big - regular or medium feet should buy 1 size down, small feet 1 size down, and wide feet 1 size down. The updated heel cup holds the heel in place for a secure and snug fit, while the quick-pull lacing allows for a precise fit along the length of the foot, wrapping it snugly for excellent support and comfort. Two heel pull-tabs and one tongue tab assist in easy on/off.

An aggressive rubber heel rand and the sticky FriXion RS rubber provide a grippy yet durable platform for powerful edging, climb after climb. The ultra-thin LaSpoflex midsole offers maximum torsional rigidity.

These versatile, leather beginner shoes feature Vibram rubber for performance. Their pointed toe, moderate downturn, and medium asymmetry last provide a firm handshake fit with medium-high/medium-wide volume and 2 surface sensitivity. With 4 stiffness, they have an unlined construction and a 1/2 sole of 5mm Vibram XS Edge.

For a more advanced, intermediate-high performance shoe excelling at thin face and traditional climbing, look for a pointed toe, moderate-large downturn, and high asymmetry last. This provides a medium-firm to tight heel tension, low-medium/narrow volume, and 3 surface sensitivity. The 4 stiffness, fully lined construction features a 4mm Vibram XS Edge/Classic sole with a lace-up closure.
